Complaints Procedure

The Deal Board Ltd is committed to providing a professional, transparent, and high-quality service. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please follow the procedure outlined below.
Step 1 – Making a complaint
Complaints should be made in writing wherever possible and include sufficient detail to allow us to investigate the matter fully.

Please include:
- Your name and contact details
- A clear description of your complaint
- Any relevant supporting information
Step 2 – Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 3 working days of receipt and confirm who is handling the matter.
Step 3 – Investigation
We will investigate your complaint fairly, thoroughly, and impartially.
Our aim is to issue a full written response within 15 working days. If the matter is complex and requires additional time, we will keep you informed of progress.
Step 4 – Final response
Our final response will set out:
- Our findings
- Any action we propose to take
- Our final position on the complaint
Step 5 – Referral to The Property Ombudsman
If you remain dissatisfied with our final response, or if we have not provided a final response within 8 weeks, you may refer the complaint to The Property Ombudsman, of which we are a member.

You must refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman within 12 months of our final response.
Record keeping
All complaints are recorded and retained for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with regulatory requirements.
